I've held the title of Lil' B since kindergarten. 

But in truth, my spirit is enormous, and it translates into my passion for social impact and building up communities.

Storytelling is in my DNA, having written district-winning creative writing entries since the 4th grade. After a journalism & broadcast stretch spanning 14 years, I jumped into the world of marketing and events to master the art of engaging entertainment, promotion, and logistical management. I will never outgrow the magic of festivals and leading the party plan.

Top that off with a dive into workforce and economic development and you've got yourself a Chingona invested in transforming poverty into prosperity through systemic innovation.  My work as a Communications Director and program designer has been recognized and awarded by the likes of the International Economic Development and Texas Economic Development Councils with more on the way in 2024. I've presented on national stages through showcases by the International Economic Development Council, the National Association of Workforce Boards, California Workforce Association and the Texas Workforce Commission.
